Chef Abhijit Saha’s Caperberry – Bangalore’s Best European & Molecular Gastronomy Restaurant

From the beautiful interior design to some of the most wonderful food presentation in town, Caperberry is truly a MUST-VISIT Bangalore restaurant.  Presided over by the wonderfully charming and oh-so-talented Chef Abhijit Saha, the restaurant showcases modern European cuisine with molecular gastronomy influences (mostly from Spain, which made me happy because I lived there for 12 years!).

What To Eat

Nothing beats a healthy lunch from time to time and that is easily achieved at Caperberry, especially if you love yummy salads or enjoy the healthy Mediterranean cuisine!  Although the chorizo is still my personal favourite, don’t miss trying the seared scallops or the paella.  Oh, and order the sangria to start to wet your whistle!  They make the best one in town!

Caperberry offers tasting menus (which they change every few months) or dining à la carte.
